Ripoff fails to bill then charges excessive late fees and cancels special rates

My dentist had me get this card to defray about $600 in fees. Rate was 6 months same as cash.

No problems the first three months. Then I moved and had my mail forwarded. Although all my other bills made it, it was over two months before I received a bill from this company. When it arrived, they had taken away my special interest rate and hit me with two late fees of $29.00 each.

I frankly think the bills were never sent and that this is common practice for this company. And apparently, they have already reported me to the credit bureau - ruining a perfect on-time record that goes back many years.

I have closed the account, paid off the balance and complained to my dentist that he is working with a shady operation.

If anyone hears of a class action suit against this company, let me know.
