On Aug. 15th 2011 I put on refinance my 2007 Toyota Corolla. I determined since my credit score is nearly ideal because of the proven fact that I never had a late-payment on my existing car loan through Connex, and also have never had a late-payment on any expenses at-all previously 10 yrs., that I'd have it refinanced to get a reduced percent price, my rate now's 7.25 but Roadloans created it seem they have lower proportion charges centered on my credit rating. They never replyed and so I talked with somebody plus they stated it had been rejected since I place the incorrect Social Security quantity by which shocked me since I had been careful completing the info. They believed to reapply and so I did, this time around they needed my Vin #, who I'm funded with today (Connex), my birthdate, social protection # and much more. It stated I'd have a solution in 30 seconds, which shocked me. I never got an answer through my E-Mail that they stated that could be where they deliver the clear answer to replacing. I never got any E-Mails at-all and so I named 2 times plus they stated the personal computers where down and so I waited several hours, called back plus they stated they do not understand yet. I called again plus they stated again they do not understand but to appear in my own mail, I've utilized all my mobile phone moments looking to get answers and far time used looking to get solutions, I told them I searched them on BBB and questioned when they were fraudulant plus they stated they're the 4th greatest lender in america.
