To all Money Tree victims. I just got off the phone with Det King from the Woodstock PD and was informed that Money Tree has been shut down along with the "new" company called Americas Best Home Loans. They are pulling everything together to ask for a Grand Jury. Det King said no matter what, his office was pressing charges. The FBI is involved, and for a foot note, they are also going after them in Kansas. As far as the rip off reports concernig the inquires, file a civil suit. I asked the Det. What the chances were of them filing bankruptcy, and he said they can't they have too much money. Go figure. Everyone, start filing civil suits, you will most likely win. Goodbye Money Tree, Hello victim rights!!!
