Loan Modification Scam/Ripoff

We closed a deal with organization to assist us having a change about the mortage. After 5 weeks they advised us, that nothing might be completed! We realize, that nothing was guarntee.

Within The agreement, there's a that states: After initiatives with bank doesn't provide a change, customer (us) may get a reimbursement of the total amount settled more than 75% of the sum total modification charge. Customer recognizes that change may take 1 to six months of function or even more". We settled an overall total of $2700.

So since we've requested to obtain our reimbursement, they first refused it completely. But after I talked for them and cited that which was about the agreement, they delivered us a notice, notifing us that people were just intitle to $675. I've talked to Ralph, the dog owner, and he's closed-minded about the scenario, to the stage he explained nowadays, he did not care easily got him to judge. Please support! You've no concept the problem we experienced, to obtain the cash, after which arrived at this! Cheers
