Ripped off by Capital choice consumer credit

I too was sent a promise in the mail of a platinum credit card with a 5000.00 limit with 0% interest for the first year. I started getting suspicious when almost a month had passed and no card yet received.
This is a total ripoff! Does anyone know how we can get our money back? If so please let us know. It sucks they have to take Christmas money from kids. If anyone can help please let us know
