John Gustavson - Gustavson Learnint Centers ripoff FTC useless let the crook off with a slap on the wrist ready to go prey on someone else now

Today, the FTC accepted poor little Johnny Gustavson's plea that he was a bad boy and promises not to do it again and LET THE BASTARD OFF!

So much for justice! Lost his house and car and NOTHING else. He's listed as Pro se (no attorney), yet the FTC gave him 10 grand in OUR money to represent himself.

Absolutely disgusting. Hopefully someone will sue him each time he declares bankruptcy for the next 40 years and make certain he has NOTHING.

No jail time, no fines, no restitution. I have seen worse for people who are at fault in auto accidents and have no insurance. Rip off a bunch of innocent consumers? No problem. The FTC will just let you off every time.

The FTC was and is useless. Should have known when they "thanked the BBB for their help". The BBB gave Jubilee a clean bill of health and a favorable rating when I checked before signing up! Then I filed a complaint and the BBB NEVER RESPONDED! Thanks for nothing, bbb, ftc and john e. gustavson!
