ASC We are current on our mortgage. ASC fails to apply payments made, repetitive, hasseling calling

In Oct our mortage company, without our consent or knowledge paid our taxes to the state and local taxing authorities. We also, paid our taxes as well. This was for tax year 2007. After we received a refund from the taxing authority we made appropriate escrow payments to American's Servicing Company. Although we did not want to pay our taxes in this manner via the mortgage company's escrow plan. However, we began paying $2800.00 a month for our monthly payment. We were given an exact amount to pay to set things up for the ASC escrow account as we were given no choice. We paid the amount required and have made our $2800 payment on a monthly basis, since that time. As a result of this escrow problem the company states that we are two payments behind. This is a blatant lie, and very slanderous. This has created great mental anquish and anxietey. Nowmy credit rating which I have protected and nurtured for 35 years is ruined.

On a daily basis we are terrorized 5-10 times. My husband usually handles the calls when we decide to answer the phone. Caller ID is the only thing that preserves my sanity. I believe that this is a very large scale scam run by this company. I know that Wells Fargo, whom I had always respected, owns the company, but will deny it owns the company. This company needs to be investigated by the appropriate authorities in the lending industry and retribution and restitution needs to be paid to those who have been harassed and tormented by this company.
