No credit FOR YOU

I went to get a Auto Loan from chase, my bank for 25 years, and brought a co-signer to get a better rate. My rating is 630ish and his is a gigantic 820! No problems on this horizon. The bank associate was VERY impressed so we just talked about payments. No worries about the approval, just how many months.
The next day i called and was told it was denied! HUH? My co-signer's credit is IMPECABLE! Chase bank didn't care or even check. Only mine! What's a co-signer for? I don't get it and when i confronted the bank i was sent from person to person with no answers. I asked how they could turn down an 820 for ANY loan. His history is a banks dream! They said that that doesn't matter and they can't discuss it further.
I am leaving the company ASAP because being with them doesn't make ANY difference with thier sevices in any form. I've never asked or received anything from them for anything until just now and this isn't the outcome i deserve.

If Chase reads this, i am only one customer so i most likely don't matter but i will spend the rest of my life retelling this story at ANY opportunity until my deathbed, and then i can only hope my son continues the story telling.
