Stealing money/non payment of a judgement

I'm his ex-wife, he stole money from me by forging my signature to withdraw money from my checking account. He also owes me money from our divorce settlement and refuses to pay. He and his girlfriend Kim, gained access to my house by stealing my house key. They stole jewelry and money ($8,000) He is definitely a scam artist and liar. If you have any dealings with him run far away. He also got on my e-trade account and stole $2,700. We were separated at the time but going through the divorce.
