Capital Choice Consumer Credit
Ripped me off too

I got this paper in the mail saying that I was pre-approved for a platinum credit card with a rewards program, a credit limit of $5,000.00.

I sent in the check for $39.00 and felt pretty good about it, until almost two months later when I still had not recieved my credit card.

This really makes me mad! Why would they do this and how can they get away with it?
