I was told that I had been aproved for a $5000 loan, and I only needed to provide a 3 month down payment of $600 this number kept rising untill I had giving them $1200 then they said they couldnt do

I was told that I had been aproved for a $5000 loan, and I only needed to provide a 3 month down payment of $600 this number kept rising untill I had giving them $1200 then they said they couldnt do the loan without more money, so I asked for my money back... It has yet to be returned. I worked with a number of diffent people, and it should have been clear that you dont give money to get money.

I should have known that it was a scam when the money was sent to Kingston Jamaica. Then they tried to clam that this loan guy rejected me, but of course they had another guy willing to loan me the money. Again they tried to get more money out of me after waiting over a week and half for the funds. I said no and asked for a refund. Ever since I have been led on about getting my money back. Somekind of leagle action needs to be done, but I am unsure what that is. Please post something if anyone has any ideas?
