Northern Leasing Unauthorized withdrawal of funds from my business checking account

Like other reports on this site, SKS Associates stole $195 out of my business checking account. When I called to find out who they are and why they took my money, they said they purchased the assets of Northern Leasing and that the charge was for tax on an old business lease. The problem is that I paid the lease in full and returned the equipment 10 years ago.

Additionally, there is no tax due on a business lease since it's not purchased (no sales tax) nor owned (no business property tax). This is a complete ripoff and scam and SKS Associates is nothing but a bunch of crooks. It's kind of scary that these criminals can get access to my account number and steal money via ACH without any notification or approval. This company should be sued and shut down. What a bunch of crooks!
