Is a scam

I rec'd a certificate 2 week ago regarding a $15k line of credit which could be used all over and only needed to send a $45 processing fee. Sad to say, i did and have not heard or seen any card. I faxed a letter to the company with specific questions and was told someone would get back in touch with me to date as you probably know i have not heard anything. I am going to fight to get my money back and to establish something with the government that will not allow people to do things of this sort.
