Autopayments Reversed With Late Fees and Disconnected Phone Number

So, I have CareCredit because I had some expensive dental work, and I had no choice but to finance it. Well, I set up monthly payments of $100, and I didn't really think about it after that. But I kept getting bills in the mail. I keep track of my bills, and I noticed that no only is my balance not going down, it's going up!

Every month I make my payment on time, and then, without contacting me, GE Money has reversed it AND given me late fees! I then went to call them and confront them about it, and (after dealing with automated bs) I was transferred to a number that told me it's disconnected.

My credit is completed screwed from these people. I will NEVER use them again (assuming they let me pay off my balance in the first place).
