7500.00 limit ripoff took my sign up fee of around 200 or 300 dollars, and i can not order one thing without having to pay up front

I paid the initial setup fee or membership fees that was asked for, and thought it was a legitimate company. But i have tried to order several times and u have to pay for merchandise first or pay a percentage up front/this is a rip off. A credit card is supposed to let u charge the items and pay later. I have also sent several emails, and they all have been unanswered. Please help me stop this act of misconduct
