Leo Delgado... Goes around promising to help homeowner's who are in hardship in their finacial situation with their present lender's. He says his going to sue their lender's in court with the excuse there's been fraud commited by the lender's. He charged my client in advance the amount of $4,000.00
and he did NOTHING to help my client retain his home. He worked on my client's case for 6 months. He never returns calls, e-mails and does NOT have a business card where he can be tracked down. Makes excuses his out-of-town on Vacation? 1st of all he's NOT an attorney to claim he's going to go to court and sue a lender for someting like this you do hire an attorney who's specialty is Real Estate Law.
