Unauthorized charge

Same here... Just found a charge of 30 on bank account. Can't find any accurate information, phone number goes to only a messsage machine that only tells people to go to membershipcare.net for assistance. On website, no contact info or anything. Search shows that this has been going in for several years if you look at complaint dates. Don't know how they got my account info to do this. Call your bank asap
