Can't get thru to credit site!

I am attempting to inform Facebook that somebody has compromised into my bank card bill & created 2 costs that used to do NOT approve! Named the telephone number 650-543-7818 & was informed to visit c. Facebook.com/credit-which got me for this view! You will see $275.00 removed from my consideration until I will keep in touch with somebody immediately! This really is undesirable that I can not keep in touch with somebody "Stay" immediately!!! You have to contact me instantly!
