Ripoff unauthorized charges would not release company info scam Omaha NE

I have been charged multiple times for a product that I've never received. These automatic debits appeared on my statement under the name of Mwi*Galleria. When I contacted this company they would not release information to me about their history, i.E. How long they've been in business, name of owner, etc.

I refused to give my name or any other information to the rep on the phone whose name was Joshua. I had to ask him multiple times for the corporate address and the CEO. The rep said that he could not release that information unless I was a member. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous. Eventually I gave hime my name and he told me the name of the owner was Gary Johnson. I believe this was a total lie because I could hear the other reps giggling in the background as Joshua (the rep) struggled to come up with a name. Although they assured me that my account would be cancelled, I just went ahead and closed out my checking account and reopened a new one.

If this happens to you I suggest that you do the same. Never give out your debit or checkcard information to anyone or any company without first doing your homework. This company is a total RIP-OFF and they have an extensive history of changing their name. Let's all join together and see that this company gets its just dessert.
