Ripoff!

They said we should be getting a credit card in the mail or a piece of paper to get one and they took from us $299 and we keep calling them but they keep telling us we will be get it soon. We have been waitng for this since January and we did not get anything at all. Can you get our $299 back for us? We do not have a lot of money to do this.
