Post-collection harrassment

One of my credit cards was sent to Van Ru for collection. I reached a settlement with them and paid them, part in December and part in January. I finally received the written settlement notification 3-5-04.

I am still receiving calls from their Tempe, Arizona office trying to get still more money from me, including two more since the date of the settlement notification! They are calling both my home phone and my cell phone. I am also planning on filing complaints with the Illinois and Arizona Attorneys General and the Better Business Bureaus in both states.
