Ripoff credit card involving personal checking account

I am writing on behalf of Miss M.S. Brown. She was called by this company and was informed of getting a credit card. She is on disability both physical and mental. She thought this was legitimate. So she gave her checking account to them and they deducted $219.00 And no credit card. Only when I looked up Gotec Financial did I find that this was a scam.
