AKA Zero Balance Your Credit Cards Deceptive Advertising

This is an absolute scam. I bought this companies CD course for $108. They claim that their is legal ways to zero balance your credit cards since most credit card companies are not operating within the law and your original credit card application is void because it is not within the law.

They claim that this course will have everything needed and NO outside help will be necessary. What the fail to tell you until you read through the course is the "small fact" that you need to retain one of their network attorneys. They then state and I quote "Generally the minimum attorney retainer is about $2395 for a single card with a balance up to $16,000." So much for "NO OUTSIDE HELP NEEDED!" I have tried to contact their customer service through their email at "cservice@zerobalanceapp.com" numerous times to request a refund but nobody responds.

I know that the e-mails are being read because I sent them with a "read receipt" and they are confirmed to be delivered. What really makes me mad is that in the course they claim to have the BEST and MOST RESPONSIVE customer service.
