The M.O. Hasn't changed. I just noticed a change in the location to New York. Because I read the other reports I did NOT call the number 1-647-219-4536. I doubt that anything other than the phone number is real. But they did make one big mistake. The letter was delivered through the U.S. Mail so this is a Federal crime that I reported to the local post master. He forwards it to the postal inspector.

The letter did come in with Canadian postage on it. I don't know if this make the activity subject to a Canandian complaint.
