Incompetence

I was recently committed and my spouse and that I, equally account cases at TD lender visited an area department to include her to my bill. We'd correct I.D. Along with a copy of our relationship certificate around. We weren't attempting to consider something in the lender, we were simply attempting to include my spouse to my checking account. We got an attitude in the customer support woman who advised us the her "back-office" wouldn't agree introducing my spouse towards the consideration because the relationship document included her maiden name and her driver's permit has her past married name. Take note the the SS # on both would be the same and Social Protection transformed her title without any trouble whatsoever. I requested this small lady if she understood of every other instances in the USA where ladies were committed more often than once and he or she did not appear to obtain the reasoning, I advised her that she should think about that people weren't so intelligent thieves who have been attempting to place cash in to the lender in the place of getting cash out. She again did not have it. We left the financial institution ashamed. I named their customer support point and all I acquired provided there is the place of another department to test!!! America's easiest bank? B.s.
