As a former FCNB card holder, I've been paying the bill but was charged many late fees. I could never get out of being delinquent. I've tried to call their 800 # but it's not in service. Went online and just found out that they are out of business. Thought it was funny that I got info from 3 different agencies trying to collect on this account with 3 different settlements. I have been paying, but where is my money going? Nowhere, I guess.
