This person (by having an Indian highlight) claims he is an attorney representing Cash Loan US and stated I got financing out for $300 (that we didn't). He confronted me with prison, etc.

I simply looked up your website and comparable scam hasbeen completed by these folks (by having an Indian highlight however— it could actually function as the same man).

What do I really do about that?

Please advise asap (ideally by telephone when I do not have a computer)
