Richard Kuhlmann there is allot to say about this man not only is he a fraud he is a liar and a cheat he has and will continue to embezzle money from his clients and Employees he takes large amounts of money out of the people he sets up that process large amounts hoping they would never notice and when they do he says it must have been a mistaken and puts it back right away so he is not reported but what about the ones who don't catch it? How much has he really stollen?..

Not only that he hires workers and never pays them over and over again i know because i have been through the ringer with this guy he hired me payed me small amounts of my checks telling me the money is cumming and long behold it never came he is going to keep doing this as long as he gets away with it. I can honestly say i have never met a person that is willing to hurt so many people to make him self rich and live in his nice big house in fountain hills while he rips his clients and his workers off i hope he gets caught asap
