Andrew Pak, Sung Jin Pak, born 05/16/82, operates under multiple aliases and runs offshore accounts to keep his assets discreet. He is guilty of intent to fraud, conversion, and investment fraud. He is notoriously known in Los Angeles for scamming people as I have evidence and people to support my claim. He told me about how he intentionally crashes a business and does this offshore account where he would get blank visa / mastercards. He stated that this was a business secret and must be done meticulously. He is a threat to society as our economy is shaky. All Andrew Pak has to do is contact me to resolve this issue. Slander? I'll gladly take that charge as I didn't even include identity theft, publication of private information, negligence, 3 counts of forgery, and impersonation of a police officer which was the last time we spoke when he attempted to get me fired by calling my Human Resources Department at work. Anyone who wants to file a class action lawsuit feel free to contact me as this man is truly a cold hearted, despicable human being who is fortunate that he only got two years for trying to sell 5,000 ecstasy pills in a stolen vehicle operating a mobile phone under my name. He was attempting to pin me for a crime I didn't do when all I wanted was my money back from withdrawing from that fake partnership contract.
