Unauthorized Charges

I've attempted to stop my bill with TLG Consumers for more than 6 weeks and proceed to obtain billed a regular charge. I've been informed repeatedly they have resolved the problem and yet I am still getting charged. The most recent justification is the fact that they're in a thunderstorm and can't access the consideration since their computers are down.
