Ussweepstakes.org did not deliver winning prize money

I was first contacted that i had won a second place win. It was changed to a first place win
because the original first place einer had died, so they claimed. There was supposed to be
a delivery before 5:00 PM EDT June 21 it did not come the next day They said I had to pay another $2500 dollars whioch I did not have. Asking for! % of the wiinings is not right or necessaay the they claimed the government sent the money back to Nevada from Logan airport.
