Turnkey Wayz Moneywayz Shopwayz ripoff don't follow through tricky bad product

I purchased the Moneywayz and Shopwayz system in Nov. They provide you with a website to sell their product. After seeing the websites, I had a lot of concerns about them generating income. I called the Advertising Coach for the advice they promised and was told, "Call your local newspapers and get some prices." Duh!

I called to cancel before the 30 days was up and let myself get talked into continuing. I put an ad in the paper and got ZERO results. The newspaper was so shocked that they placed the ad for free with still no results.

When I called to cancel (and sent a letter to cancel), the customer service people put all the blame on me and the other customer service rep that was supposedly fired. They told me I couldn't get a refund because the time limit was up but they didn't cancel the recurring credit card charge. They tried to get me to stay with them each time saying they could offer advertising help but couldn't refund my money.

I had to call a second time to get credit and cancel. I tried again to get a total refund because a business can do whatever they want. If they want to refund my money, they can. I asked to speak to someone who could refund it and he wouldn't let me. Whether I get a credit for the extra charge or not, I won't know for a few days. I will keep pushing for it until I get it and also cancel it with my credit card company.

I knew better and didn't follow my instincts. I had checked here before to see if anyone had reported them and no one had. I hope this helps someone before they make a big mistake.
