Ripoff e-file tax service

Do not use this service under any circumstances, if you already have I highly recomnend canceling it and filing with someone else. I saw the link on the IRS website and simply assumed it wouldn't be there if it werent reputable.

I filed with this service in the end of January and it is now the end of February and haven not gotten a return. It simply tells me that there was a 'transmission error' and that they will correct the problem and retransmit my retun.

However I have been waiting for a month for that to happen, and with no phone number to contact customer support and they do not reply to emails.
