High fees, poor service

Irun a mid sized economic advisory company, and also have utilized Sterling Confidence to custody some IRA resource for my customers. I've never complained of a business before... But feel forced to do this today.

Sterlings' customer support is terrible, as well as their costs are unapologetically large. Moreover they allow it to be costly, and unpleasant to fire them.

When i made a decision to move my belongings from them, these were sluggish to recognize the paperwork, and fast to impose a battery of costs which are significantly more than increase the tradition. The client support representatives are rude and uncooperative. Program purchases such a roth transformation maintained significant costs nearing $400.

Don't actually select the corporation like a company companion... You'll regret it.
