Office of the president scammed me out of 11.89 saying i won 2000000! Im embarrassed i told everyone i won! Looks official!

I recieved a award letter in the mail, claiming I had won 2000000 dollars said to send them 11.89 for a processing fee, I did because I thought it was real. I told everyone, but my sister was skeptical and looked it up and informed me it was a scam. I am hummiliated, sad, ashamed I fell for such a scam! This is very upsetting.
