Rip-off

I was sent a paper for a credit card and it said i was pre approved and to send 43 dollars for processing fee, and rush delivery.

So what happens next? Im screwed for my cash and they end up with my bank account number! I stopped my bank account and now im looking for a way to get back at these worthless jerks. Ive never tried to establish credit and figured this would be the best way to start but instead i was ripped off!!! Severely mad. Matthew scott estep
