I'd the misforune of getting citimortage market my mortgage to nationstar in 12/10. I created the error of trying to get financing change in 3/11. After being rejected, I named and questioned why. They stated that used to donot fulfill the qulifications. I told them "think about my spouse dying" plus they stated they did not possess a death certification (that we sent them with all the additional paperwork) after I told them-this, they stated that they'd discovered it, but I'd need to resubmit all the documents again. Today they are getting me escrow & insurance that we never approved. Our cost is certainly going from 1,800 a month to 2,500 per month. I had been rejected for that change however theyare still achieving this. Today they are getting me late charges, since I wont purchase the escrow & insurance. It is a "FLIM - FLAM" organization
