Id verification

We ordered a card then ordered one for a secondary card holder. It is a prepaid card so we didnt think getting one and loading our funds would b a problem. I had my tax return deposited on card then was notified my card was on hopld to verify id i sent in what i had at my address since i do not own the place nor do i hav rental ins or lights in my name these being the only documents they wanted they still have not reliesed the card. I sent in id and ss card which shows every detail of me who oprdered the card now i am trying to get my 1800 $ back. Which by the way came to them beqaring the same name and ss num thats on the account and my id.
