Same story as above. Submit my Ipod in March. Waited. Send mail. Talked with Jason on 4-6-09 Paid $180.00 for battery and faceplate. Explained my battery was useless. I delivered them a fresh battery. I really could not determine just how to do the installation. They explained it had been useless. Fresh drive. Quit many messages. Phone and stated they attempted 3 devices from the merchant. All failed. Send me another mail on april 15. Sorry for that wait. From Rob. I've call-in the final 3 times with no organization. Imagine were attached!
