We purchased our account in 1999 and also have been spending the fees for 8 years. I experienced exactly the same issue with this specific organization for the reason that Rick Jerde won't return my calls. I actually named several that I'd on my initial paperwork and Rick Jerde responded with Card Providers. After I questioned if it had been Wood Hotel he explained NO and that I told him he seemed similar to the speech about the Wood Lodge answering machine. He explained No he did not understand who which was. After I called again it visited an answering machine. I subsequently named Passport America at 1 800-283-7183 plus they stated they'd contact him and also have him contact me. Passport America named me back and stated that she'd voiced to Rick and somebody from his workplace might contact me. Obviously they did not. I keep receiving overdue updates now I obtained one for 129.00 and stating or even compensated in 10 times it'd be switched to an assortment company plus they might include $100.00 to that particular. I'm expecting that somebody could possibly offer an answer to eliminating this factor.
