Roof Marked Up

USAA sent an inspector out to check for hail damage on my roof. The inspector found no hail damage but put chalk marks all over my roof without my permission or without telling me he was going to put the chalk marks there. I asked him and later USAA to remove the unsightly chalk marks and they both said just wait for the next rain and it probably will wash off. Who knows in Texas how long it will take for it to rain and hopefully even then remove the unsightly chalk mark graffiti on my roof.
