Bad customer service

I had been buying to refinance my home. Completed software online, and then evening I acquired calls from various creditors that left me communications and BluFi was one of these. After I called again INCH (800) 644-7779 I had been transferred to some mortgage official title Paul ext. 3966. I merely told him that Iam seeking to refinance my home which Iam buying cost-free loans and requested him prices for 30-year, 15 year fixed and 5/1 supply and 7/1 supply and also to determine monthly obligations. He explained that they're various items and he declined to provide me-any estimates since he explained " I understand you're simply buying and certainly will not likely to obtain a mortgage below"

That's an extremely poor illustration of this organization, and individuals like this shouldn't maintain the client support.
