Ripp off artists

Roni Deutch Tax Corporation promised to work on my behalf to set up time payments to the IRS. They took nearly $3000 of my money until I discovered, too late, that they were doing absolutely nothing. So I turned off the auto payment and saved myself more money. But it was too late and the IRS placed me in a lien position. Now I am working with the proper Tax Advocate People who do not charge and who are helping me enormously. I wonder how or who initiates a class action suit against this Corporation that has the ethical propriety of a slug.
