Ripoff, dishonest, breaks all laws

I was behind on my payments 3 months and set up a payment arraingment and on the 2nd payment it arrived to them 1 day late. They said I broke my promise to pay and the deal was over.

The collection dept called my wife and threatened her with foreclosure.

1 month later they started foreclosure proceedures but it was placed on hold due to a forebedance agreement between them and myself.

I started payments but got 2 months behind and they started foreclosure again so I filed chapter 13 and we informed them of the case number and court. 6 days later they still sold the home to wells fargo for $38,000.00 and the house was appraised for $61,000.00. They even new about the chapter 13 because they filed a claim.

This just happened 01/06/04 and they had to file an affidavit of Erroneous sale and place the title back in my name.

We went through alot of their broken promises, threats, bad collection practices if you are only 1 day behind they would call and threaten at least 3 times a day.

They threatened my wife in Aug about everday and she isnt on the loan or title to the home. They forced placed insurance on me even after I renewed my own insurance. This all took my montly houe payment from $453.00 to over 800.00 a month while in forbedence.
