Unauthorized deduction of funds/scam

I obtained a contact which saidn I really could purchase wholesale products the same as on eBay for inexpensive through bidding. I visited link also it requested me to join up, used to do so. Then it requested for tackle and charge card data then when you get they are able to cost you and deliver for you. At 1st, I believed it'll consult me for agreement, consequently I cliccked Next button. To my amazed, it explained that 98 bet currently bought by my charge card. I really could not think it and returned to my mail and visited link, it requested me to regiter again, I did so it whilst the 1st-time, it billed again for another purchase of bid.
