OCWEN defies FHA, VA, FDIC & Truth in Lending Laws

For a year I have been trying to get my account straightened out. I fell behind, went on forebearance, etc., etc. I finished my forebearance plan in Ocotober 2003. My payment stayed the same on my statements instead of going back down like they said it would (in letter form only). I tried many time to contact them only to talk to someone from INDIA. I found out that they were paying property taxes to 2 different counties (my house only occupies one).

I was told that they would "Initiate an investigation" and get back to me.in November I got a letter stating that I had no hazard insurance on the home so they were going to assign me to thei insurance (high cost for nothing). I called them and wrote them only to get that corrected but the property tax issue was not and neither was the payment amount issue.

I was told in December that they would review my account and re-analyze my escrow funding. Here it is the end of February and still no action. I called today (10:00 A.M. Cst) asked to get connected to AN AMERICAN IN ORLANDO. All i got was sorry, their office was closed. Normal hours m-t 9-9, friday 9-6:00 est. It was 11:00 their time. Is their anyone to complain to? Does it do anygood?
