Adam Smith Scam Harassment, verbal abuse why isn't the real law doing anything about theses people?

These people have constantly phone harrassed me, They called this morning after I had worked 13hours, to tell me I was in a law suit? They used Cash Advance I haven't gotten a payday loan in 12yrs, and that was paid off. They were threating etc. This loan was taken out in I did not period. Why are these people allowed to do this? If I was to threaten or harasse someone on the phone, I'd go to jail. Plus who has a arbic voice and a name like adam smith how lame.
