My husband and I live in house that his parents own. Though nothing is in our names we are completely responsible for the mortgage, taxes, utilities and repairs.in April my husband convinced his parents to refinance the house so that we could borrow money to pay for repairs the house desperately needed. My husband's sister Rebecca McDonaugh works for a mortgage company so we were going through her and she set us up with Blythe D. Kelly, SCRREA for the appraisal that the lender wanted. We paid my husband's parents cash for the appraisal in the amount of $350.00 and they submitted a check to Blythe D. Kelly. Ms. Kelly came to our home and did the appraisal walk through with us - not my husbands' parents. Ms. Kelly never submitted her report to Rebecca McDonaugh.in June and July we were still waiting on the report from Ms. Kelly. Both Rebecca and my husband Anthony made repeated attempts to contact Ms.
