Stay away from these crooks

I had been called by Freshstart Monetary in November this past year who explained that for only £150 per month they might set me-up an IVA to eliminate my debt in mere 5 years! I had been handed to my personnal monetary supervisor, called Tristan Kenny, who stated that once I'd created the very first weeks cost none of my lenders might contact me because they might all be informed I had been with freshstart. And so I delivered all my paperwork and registered. 2 weeks later I'd compensated them £300 lbs and was still getting characters and telephone calls from all my lenders who explained they understood nothing about freshstart and hadnot noticed from their store, that we hadnot possibly. I subsequently got a telephone call, soon after the 2nd cost choose to go from Harrington Brookes Lawyers to verify my facts and put up my IVA. After I advised them that I had been presently unemployed they stated they might not set something up and freshstart could be in touch to create preparations, this didn't occur. I called freshstart right before the 3rd cost was because of ask that which was occurring. Firstly I really couldnot talk to my personnal consultant, they explained they understood nothing about this! I subsequently told them that I needed all my paperwork delivered along with a complete reimbursement of what I'd compensated them-and was informed, from the woman I had been talking with, that that will not be considered a difficulty and could be 7 - 10 times. I've now been informed, per month later, with a woman called Vicky, a conformity supervisor, this isn't the situation when I am outside the cool down amount of seven days from the beginning of the contract! I'm surprised that they'll do that when I settled no cash in advance thus by their plan I'd haven't been eligible for a reimbursement despite the fact that they didn't really do the task that I settled them the cash to complete?
