Not reimburse money that was invested, after reimbursement form sent on 12/4

I invested some money with them which was supposed to be for the building of a hydro electric power station in guatamala. I never received any paper work as confirmation and, when I contacted them about getting my money back I received an email telling me that I had missed out on being included in the portfolio and that I therefore was able to get my money back. I printed off a Funds Reimbursement form, signed and dated it on the 12th April and faxed it back to them. Now all I get is that the paperwork has been handed over to the office for reimbursement but nothing ever comes through, there is always an excuse for why it hasn't been paid. I am still waiting!
